Created for the opera pit, the Opera Conductor's Stand was initially crafted in 1976 and continues to be the only music stand boasting an integrated light. An integrated dual-width light can be affixed to the Opera Conductor's Stand tray. The luminosity is at an exact distance from the tray and meticulously regulated so that only the pages are illuminated. *Light sold separately. Three tray varieties (Wire, ABS, Wood) are obtainable. The traditional wire tray boasts a sound-neutralizing effect for the orchestra pit. It is wide enough for scores of any size. The steel legs are reliable and solid and feature a thumbscrew for height adjustment. Fasteners along the stem control the light cables and cancel long wire tangles. The robust steel base ensures extra stability, while the rubber feet safeguard 6-point contact on uneven surfaces, and guard the floor from clatter.
