Straight Soprano Sax vs Curved Soprano Sax 

Obviously the first difference is in the look. Some people may prefer the look of one over the other, but the aesthetic difference also contributes to the feel and sound. Itš´s often said that from the players perspective the curved model gives a more immediate š²feedbackš´. This is due to the bell projecting some of the sound back towards you. 

It depends on your situation. For example if itš´s for a younger player (under 10) then the curved may be the best option as itš´s smaller in the hands and might be a good step before the alto saxophone. 

If youš´re already an experienced Alto/Tenor player then compare a straight and a curved back-to-back to feel the differences. Which one do you feel physically comfortable with and which ones sound do you prefer?

The soprano is the third smallest member of the saxophone family, which consists (from smallest to largest) of the šsoprillo, sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, bass, contrabass saxophone and tubax. Soprano šsaxophones are the smallest and thus highest-pitchedš saxophone in common use.

Strong & Durable Body 
This instrument has been designed with affordability, durability and comfort in mind. The šbody is fully bracedšfor strength helping it stand up to the demands of regular play and transport to and from lessons. The šadjustable thumb rest, bell joint, neck and stack adjusting screws can be used to make the set-up more comfortable. The saxophone's brass distressed, brushed body is finished with a protective lacquer. 
 
Smooth Response & Tone 
Blue steel springs provide ašrobust and durablešaction and give a brightness and snap to the instrument's sound whilst domed reflectors aid projection. This Sax has a light, free blowing response that will reward new players with excellent intonation and a stability and evenness throughout the registers. Precision drawn tone holes allow maximum air passage through the instrument.
