UK - FREE | Europe/Rest Of World - Discounted
For UK deliveries, where the order value exceeds £99, delivery is FREE. For international deliveries a discount is applied. The free/discounted delivery service offered replaces the regular lowest priced delivery option available. For UK deliveries, this is typically UPS (Next Working Day) or Royal Mail (2nd Class) although may include other options.

For orders under £99 the delivery prices are calculated based on the anticipated parcel dimensions & weight of your order.
The lowest delivery price for an individual item is displayed on the product information page. This price is calculated based on a UK address. To obtain a delivery price for another location or confirm that the displayed price is valid for your address simply click on 'View all delivery locations, services & prices.' and enter the requested information.
The prices displayed in the pop up window are valid for the item you are viewing only. If you want to establish the delivery cost for the item you are viewing in addition to any items already in your shopping cart please select 'Include Cart Items'.
When Will I Receive My Order?
The information below applies to orders that have been paid for in full.
Scenario 1 - All ordered items are advertised as 'In-Stock' (at our warehouse):
Your order will be dispatched promptly, as outlined in the dispatch schedule table below. For UPS deliveries, transit times can be found in the delivery services table at the top of this page. For Royal Mail deliveries please refer to the Royal Mail Website.
Scenario 2 - Order includes items advertised as 'Available From Supplier':
If your order consists of items that we have indicated as being 'Available From Supplier' then processing your order will involve a few extra days handling time; Upon receiving your completed order we will obtain the non-stock items from our suppliers. As soon as we receive the suppliers delivery we will dispatch your order promptly as outlined in the table below. In this instance 'Order Received' can be regarded as 'Supplier Delivery Received'.
Under some circumstances we may choose to dispatch the item(s) in stock at our warehouse seperately to any item(s) that are ordered from our suppliers.
Scenario 3 - Order includes 'Special Order' items:
If your order consists of items that we have indicated as being 'Special Order' then the order processing time will vary depending on the item(s) ordered; Upon receiving your completed order we will confirm with our supplier(s) the anticipated delivery time(s) and inform you of this information either by telephone or email. As soon as we receive the supplier(s) delivery we will dispatch your order promptly as outlined in the table below. In this instance 'Order Received' can be regarded as 'Supplier Delivery Received'.
We will dispatch any additional items in stock at our warehouse/supplier(s) seperately to the special order item(s).

- Orders received and paid for in full on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day (Mon - Fri).
New items will include the original product packaging. We may add additional packaging where necessary and where possible, for orders that contain multiple items, we may package as one parcel. Secondhand and Ex-Display items may not include the original product packaging.
Orders are insured against loss or damage until signed for. It is important to inspect the parcel contents for damage before you sign for delivery. If this is not possible and the outer packaging appears to be damaged and you suspect the parcel contents may also be damaged please write the word 'UNCHECKED' with your signature.
