Stage Management & Production
Stage Management has been a major part of our company since we formed in 1997. Since that date, our client list has grown enormously. We now stage-manage some of the largest events in the United Kingdom. Below is a list of some of our current clients though this list is by no means comprehensive.
Most members of the stage management staff at Ev-entz Music are active musicians beyond their work for us. Vastly experienced in staging large and small events, they are multi-disciplined within the sphere of performance and work as an efficient team to ensure the smooth running of any concert, festival or event.

These organisations alone present some very large events. The National Eisteddfod has multiple stages on site with diverse needs from choral music, orchestral music, rock and pop concerts, the spoken word and dance. Music For Youth events in the Royal Albert Hall cater for dozens of diverse musical groups involving literally thousands of young people. The smooth transition from one act to another on the stage area at events like these, need constant vigilance and expertise. We provide all that for our customers. If you hire us, you are assured of an efficient and hard-working team all pulling together to control the event smoothly to make the event a delight for performers and audience alike.
We will design your event, organise the structure on stage of instrumentation and equipment. We liaise with the performers to ensure that they are comfortable on stage with all the facilities they are expecting. We will rig and systematize all lighting and sound equipment ensuring the balance and quality of light and sound to enhance the event.
The production team at Ev-entz Music is highly qualified, trained and experienced in the requirements of a smooth production. They are confident and punctilious, aiming for the best experience possible.
Where the customer knows precisely what they require, we will follow the instructions to the letter. If the customer requires advice on any or all aspects of running the event, we will be on-hand to provide all the support needed. You will be able to relax with us in charge allowing you to enjoy the experience more yourself.
